The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a background or interest in the healthcare industry. This position requires exceptional communication, client management, organizational and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities:

You will take a leading role, internally and externally, in managing assigned accounts and collaborating with the PMs, account service team and client. You will contribute to the development of brand strategies and tactics and independently coach Global Account Managers and Global Project Managers through the process of a project.

The Senior Account Manager role at Grey Health EMEA covers an exciting and diverse client portfolio at a local and global market level. The current opportunity will focus on a prominent global pharmaceutical brand. The brand is highly strategic, with demanding business challenges that require creative problem solving and customer centric thinking. You will be working with core account teams ranging from 3-10 people and broader creative/strategy/project management teams of up to 20 people; these internal teams are based in the London, Montreal, Toronto Canada and New York offices.
