Being a Medical Engagement Strategist with us means answering a wide array of exciting, strategic challenges: Providing scientific and medical insight to support all sorts of pharma-related activities while developing communication material for clients in the healthcare and life science sector. The role requires a deep understanding of audience dynamics within the healthcare space, exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a strong grasp of scientific and strategic principles.

Develop creative and engaging communication concepts.
Provide scientific and medical expertise to support all aspects of communication material development, including reviewing and translating scientific or medical content for creative teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that communication strategies are integrated across channels and tactics.
Define creative ways to communicate complex medical/scientific concepts to a variety of different stakeholders, both internal and external.
Support the development of solutions that will modernise the healthcare environment.

Bachelor’s degree (healthcare, communications, or life science a plus but not a necessity)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical/health communications, medical writing, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to digest complex information and translate science, strategy, and technical insights into compelling copy.
Preferrably, fluent Danish speaker with excellent writing skills in Danish and great attention to detail and accuracy.
